eCommerce logistics training program

Conducted a 4 days training program for the 2nd batch of fresh graduate before they can be employed by a eCommerce fulfillment hub.

Challenges of the training is that,  these batch of  fresh graduate has the lack of working experience to able to grasp the industry challenges, thus, as a trainer, need to to show them and also raise many examples on eCommerce in order for them to have better learning.
